 **IMPORTANT!**

1)  EACH attendee must be registered SEPARATELY with THEIR OWN email address.  This is to ensure each attendee receives their itinerary and ticket, which is required for check-in at the conference.

2)  Payment is by CREDIT CARD ONLY. Each attendee may then use their receipt to submit to their respective sponsors, if applicable, for reimbursement.

3) We DO NOT accept PAYPAL or GOOGLE PAY, so please do not check those options. They are default options within Eventbrite and cannot be removed.

4)  No Refunds.  Registrations may be transferred.  Contact Wanda at register.ssfrcc@gmail.com.

5)  2024 is not a Renewal year for First Responders.  You have 2 years to acquire your mandatories, which means you may (at the conference) take some of the mandatory classes each year, or all in one year.  If you get your mandatories elsewhere, you don't have to take them on this weekend.  The goal is to acquire each of the mandatories ONCE before November 2025.

6) For your safety, the wearing of masks is STRONGLY recommended for the entire event (except mealtimes) due to the heavy presence of RSV, influenza, Covid, etc.

Please DO NOT ATTEND if you are feeling ill or have tested positive for Covid.

Please do a Covid test prior to attending.

7) PLENARY SESSIONS ARE OPEN TO ALL AND DO NOT REQUIRE REGISTRATION.
